Timing is Key; Assemble a Great Team
“I’d say that, to be a good deal maker, you have to have 3 basic characteristics – timing, timing, and timing.” – Richard Armitage, Actor
Timing is Key
The 2019 mergers and acquisitions (M&A) market is active, but such activity will not last forever. During good M&A markets, deals are readily available and usually easier to close. During bad M&A markets, the opposite is usually true, as deals are tougher to find or often harder to close. In today’s active marketplace, especially considering the historically low interest rates, low tax rates and easier access to capital, now may be a great time to consider making your next move. Lest we forget 2008, as good markets can be fleeting and missed opportunities gone forever. K&B can help.
