Mr. Feinstein concentrates his practice in civil litigation. He is practical and proactive, and believes that communication and understanding of his client’s goals are the cornerstones to successful representation. Over the course of his legal career, Mr. Feinstein has represented clients from a broad range of industries and backgrounds in both state and federal court. His experience ranges from matters involving contractual disputes, personal injury, employment litigation, business torts, insurance defense, condominium and H.O.A. representation, and criminal defense. Mr. Feinstein has successfully tried countless jury and bench trials to verdict. He has skillfully represented clients in injunctive and other equitable relief hearings, administrative hearings, arbitrations, and mediations. Mr. Feinstein has close ties to the Northwest suburbs and spends his free time with his wife and two children, or on the softball field.
