Warren Fuller has practiced in a wide range of areas in his legal career. From 1967-1984 he concentrated in Federal criminal and civil defense in areas involving income tax, estate tax and anti-trust litigation. From 1984 to the present, he has represented a number of highway and heavy construction trades including roadbuilding, asphalt production/paving, aggregate mineral extraction/processing, land development, financing and entitlements.

Warren regularly represents clients in a wide variety of commercial, industrial and residential development, and governmental approvals, as well as civil litigation in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry and Boone Counties and U.S. District Courts.

After a tremendous 22 years together, David Buckley and Andrew Kelleher, founding members of Kelleher & Buckley, LLC, have decided to amicably split into two distinct law firms. The creation of these new firms will allow each company to follow their individual roadmap to success and maximize their clients’ experience.

We are excited to announce both partnerships: K&B equity member Robert Holland will partner with Andrew Kelleher to form Kelleher + Holland, LLC. Similarly, equity member Linda Fine will join David Buckley to create Buckley Fine, LLC. All of our current attorneys, paralegals and staff will be taking this journey with us.

The separation is effective September 1, 2020, at which point Kelleher & Buckley will no longer be providing legal services.
